Earth Day 2022

In honor of the amazing ways our community protects and preserves our environment, Inland North Waste (formerly Latah Sanitation) threw a party at East City Park! Attendance was (and always will be) free of charge, with live music, informative displays from representatives from eco-minded businesses and organizations, food and drinks, and kids activities. INW also unveiled the new design for their Cardboard Recycling Truck featuring the winner from March’s design contest: Jenny Kostroff.

Pumice Pocket:
No Soundtrack
for Old Men

Pumice Pocket, a progressive funk and jazz fusion band from Moscow, will be performing a live musical soundtrack to the Coen Brothers’ adaptation of the Cormac McCarthy novel, NO COUNTRY FOR OLD MEN. The film famously was produced without a studio soundtrack or film composter. Pumice Pocket sees this auditory space as an opportunity to perform a response to this masterwork.

Charlie Sutton at
One World benefitting Palouse Land Trust

This free event featured Charlie Sutton as he performed a variety of original tunes from folk-blues to jazz at One World Cafe! For every cup of coffee sold during the performance, Inland North Waste donated $1 to support Palouse Land Trust.
